As some of you may have heard, there has been a lot of talk about what will become of the open property of where the Vanderbilt-Schmidt house stands. The community board has approved a family style restaurant only. The New York Mets are 48-40 and two games out of the wild card. They currently will go on a 12 game road trip starting this Thursday. They will go to the west coast to play all National League West Division teams. Currently they face a tough climb with there season, they need a bit of pitching at the back end of the rotation still.
